About Ineza Children's Centre

Ineza Children’s Centre is a non-profit organization (CBO/NGO/School) founded in December 2015 to address the needs of children by providing  formal and informal education through:

• Primary education

• Social-emotional support

• Recreational activities

• Activities during school vacations

The Kisoro Children’s Foundation has supported the Ineza Children’s Centre in:

• Completing the construction of a community center that houses the Ineza Parents’ School, a library, and large spaces suitable for various other community activities

• Purchasing and renovating a building for additional classrooms

• Building a playground and playing fields at the school

• Coordinating the construction of four toilet buildings, four water tanks, and two shower rooms at Seseme Secondary School for Girls

• Providing an ultrasound machine to the maternity ward at Kisoro District Hospital

• Supporting and caring for the 100 girls sponsored by the Kisoro Children’s Foundation

• Providing period products to the girls at Seseme Secondary School for Girls
